VENDOR INFORMATION:
Vendors can set up as early as Thursday, 3/19 between 12-5. Doors open to vendors at 8 am on Friday 3/20. Guests arrive at 10 am. Vendor tables must be fully broken down by 6 pm on Sunday.
Vendor tables include a white tablecloth and two chairs. Electrical outlets are accessible throughout the exhibit hall. Vendors are responsible for all other display materials. The vendor pass includes access to the main stage presentations for the vendor and one assistant. Workshop and outdoor journey tickets must be purchased separately.

30-minute Showcase $333
We have created an opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and services onstage! We have rented an additional 100-seat room we are calling the Ascension Room where the Ascension Stage presentations can be held. To cover the cost of renting the room, we appreciate a $333 contribution for a 30-minute presentation.

This is a digital guide that goes out to over 500,000 people in our target audience online before, during and after the retreat! It is shared on the home page of the website which gets 1000's of views weekly, across social media to over 50 spiritual groups on Facebook and countless collaborators on Instagram. It is shared in mass email campaigns, online magazines, newsletters and retreat guides that reach over 500,000. During the retreat, guests scan the QR code for the guide and refer to it on their phone for the event schedule, vendor map, promotions and other resources.
