Note: AN EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT TO ALL VENDORS WITH THEIR ASSIGNED CURB DROP-OFF TIME, VENDOR TABLE # AND VENDOR MAP. Set up will begin at 9:00 am on Friday 3/08 and attendees will start arriving at 1:00. PLEASE ARRIVE BY 11:30. THE PARKING LOT WILL BE CHAOS FROM 12:00-1:00 WITH HUNDREDS OF STUDENTS LEAVING. AT 1:00, OVER 500 ATTENDEES WILL BE ARRIVING.
Break down will begin on Sunday 3/10 at 4 pm with a 6 pm deadline.
A tablecloth is provided and two chairs will be provided behind each vendor table. Electrical outlets are accessible. Each vendor is permitted one assistant and both of you have access to the main stage to watch all presentations. Participation in any workshop or journey would have to be purchased on the Tickets Page.
